Today we woke up extra early so we could head into Jackson Hole with Matt and he could do a bunch of work calls and meetings while Maisey and I had some fun of our own. Well …that fun included laundry so I guess it wasn’t all in fun.
After dropping off our load we headed to have some breakfast at a cute little place called The Bunny Bakery. It was delicious and they had the most amazing coconut flavored latte I’ve ever had. I seriously need to figure out how to recreate it. Maisey did so good I didn’t even have to bust out the iPad. Lol
After breakfast we headed to a local park to play. Then back to finish laundry and back to the park again. Matt finally met up with us and we decided instead of hiking to find a cool lake we could hang at. Jenny Lake is by far one of the most beautiful but also extremely crowded so we headed up to Jackson Lake and walked around until we found a decent spot. The views were beautiful but the beach was a bit uncomfortable with all the rocks…which as you know actually made Maisey one happy girl. ROCKS!!
Afterwards we headed in so I could cook some dinner. Taco Bowls were on the docket. As you all know I don’t love to cook and am not good at it so camping food ideas is really straight up my alley. Tacos, pizza, pasta, done! Lol
